The short version: I only ask for what I need to reply to you and arrange your clean, I never sell or share it, and you can have it removed any time.

What I collect

When you contact me through this website or WhatsApp, I collect the details you choose to send — typically your name, phone number, a rough idea of your home, and any notes about the clean you'd like.

Why I collect it

Purely to get back to you, give you a quote, and arrange and carry out your clean. Nothing else.

Who sees it

Only me. I don't sell, rent or share your information with anyone, and I don't use it for marketing unless you've asked me to.

How long I keep it

Only as long as I need it to look after you as a customer. If you're no longer a client and want your details deleted, just say and I'll remove them.

Your choices

You can ask to see what I hold, correct it, or have it deleted at any time — message me on WhatsApp or email and I'll sort it. If you're ever unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can also contact the UK's Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
